Genealogy Site Builder software and related documentation are provided strictly on an "as-is" basis with no representation or warranty, either express or implied, for any matters concerning the use of the software. No claims, warranties or other representations with regards to the use, performance, accuracy, reliability, or any other matters is made by the author. The user is responsible for all matters regarding the use of the product.

The author shall in no event be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind or nature from the use of this software. The user agrees to indemnify the author and hold him harmless from and against any claims, losses, liability, expenses, or other matters of liability arising from the use of, or defects in the software.
