Mrs. Bargeron was one of the oldest and most esteemed ladies of that community and had lived most of her life in that section of the county. She was a consecrated christion and a member of the Baptist church. Her remains were interred at Sardis church cemetery Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. P.H. Anderson of the Waynesboroo Baptist church officiating. Mrs. Bargeron is survived by 5 children; Mrs. Fannie Cook, of Climax Ga; Mr. Wm. Bargeron, of Macon; Mr. J.G. Bargeron, of Sardis; Mr. T.W. Bargeron, of Sardis; Mr. R.H. Bargeron, of Waynesboro; two half sister, Mrs. Nannie Glisson, of Sardis, and Mrs. Joe Stevens. Twenty-six grand children and several great grand children also survive her. The family have the simpathy of all in their bereavement."
