HUSBAND NOTES: John STEVENS (1607-1662) (1) John Stevens came over on the "Confidence" from Southampton in 1638 at the age of 31. In England he lived at Caversham in the southern most County of Oxford. (1) His children were as follows: John Stevens b. 20 Jun 1639, Timothy Stevens b. 23 Sep 1641, Ephraim Stevens, Joseph Stevens b. 15 May 1654, Benjamin b. 24 Jun 1656. (1) John Stevens died 11 Apr 1662 at 56 years old leaving his widow, Elizabeth who he brought from England with him. She died 1 May 1694 at 80 years old. (3) This source states his wife as "Mary".
