HUSBAND NOTES: William Bradford was one of the first settlers of Irwin County, Georgia. He lived near Dorminy's Mill. In 1838 he moved to Lowndes County, Georgia and settled seven miles south of Hahira and lived there until he died. Most of his life he was crippled due to rheumatism. He was Justice of the Inferior Court of Irwin County from 1825 to 1837. He tax collector of Lowndes County from 1845 to 1857 and from 1860 to 1871.
